In a tragic incident in Benishiekh, Kaga Local Government Area of Borno State, a dispute between two brothers over mango harvesting led to one brother's death and the other's hospitalization. The altercation occurred on Tuesday around 9:00 AM at their mango plantation in the Ajari area. The siblings, 40-year-old Kajdi Kachalla and 28-year-old Baba Goni Kachalla, engaged in a physical fight, inflicting severe head and facial injuries on each other using wooden sticks. Police arrived promptly and transported both to the General Hospital in Benishiekh, where Kajdi was pronounced dead upon arrival, and Baba Goni continues to receive medical care. The deceased's body was released to his family for burial in accordance with Islamic rites.
