The Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Nwifuru Francis, facilitated the successful departure of 204 Ebonyians for postgraduate studies abroad and 541 others for Nigerian Universities, with all expenses covered by the Ebonyi State Government.
This initiative is truly exceptional and merits our commendation. Governor Nwifuru has demonstrated dedication to the advancement of our state in this regard. By all measures, these individuals will herald a comprehensive transformation in Ebonyi State.
On this, there is an agreement that these participants must commit to returning to Ebonyi State upon completion of their programs to impart their acquired knowledge.
In light of this, I wish to take a moment to once again express my gratitude to the Governor for this extraordinary endeavor that promises a brighter future for Ebonyi State as a whole.
