Leading a delegation from Imo State, Hon. Ifeanyi D. Oruh has once again taken the helm in talks with officials from the World Bank and Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to accelerate the advancement and completion of the state's Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) initiatives in line with Governor Hope Uzodimma's Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Recovery mantra.
The purpose of today's meeting with the World Bank and AFD teams was to evaluate the state of RAMP projects in Imo State and discuss ways to improve the efficacy and efficiency of project implementation.
An important project in Imo State is the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP), which aims at boosting access to social services and markets, improve rural connectivity, and encourage economic growth and development in rural communities.
Under the leadership of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Imo State Government is putting forth great effort to fulfill the potential of the RAMP projects and provide its citizens with real benefits as part of the current administration's Shared Prosperity Agenda. This is being done through forming strategic alliances with international development organizations like the World Bank and AFD.
