The occasion was the formal unveiling of the Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs' Strategic Plan 2024 - 2028.

A strategic smooth operator, Hon High Chief CaniceMoore Chukwugozie Nwachukwu exhibited his mastery of bridge-building Politics, artfully marketing his Federal  Constituency and arousing affectionate applauses.
